Code of Conduct


Interview policy:

The agency will interview candidates prior to introducing them to clients. 


Reference Checks:

The agency will check references to confirm the candidates competence, suitability and trustworthiness position. Written references will be emailed to the client. 


Identity checks:

The agency insists on checking personal identification.


DBS checks:  Disclosure and Barring Service.

The agency will always ask for a DBS check (or relevant police check) before submitting any candidate. If it is not up-to-date, it will be underway before commencement of employment.


Nanny Employment Contracts:

The agency will assist with the provision of a suitable contract of employment for the parents and the Nanny, which will be signed by both parties prior to commencement of employment.
